ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using Skoobin LLC’s Office-Face.com (hereinafter O-F), you agree that you are eighteen (18) years of age and agree to review this Agreement on a regular basis to keep yourself apprised of any changes. It is the sole responsibility of User to evaluate and incur all risks associated with use of this site and under no circumstances will O-F be responsible for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of use of content provided. O-F provides to Users numerous online resources on a continuing basis, many of which may be upgraded without the knowledge of Users and without the need to inform Users of said upgrades. By using the service provided by O-F, you are agreeing to comply with the Terms of Service hereafter outlined by O-F. Should User object to any specifications outlined in Terms of Service, or subsequent modifications by O-F to its Terms of Service, or should User become dissatisfied in any way with the services provided by O-F, User’s only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of this site and use of the services O-F provides.

USER-POSTED CONTENT

By posting content, User grants permission to O-F and others to access and use said content in connection with services provided by O-F, the site, and otherwise in connection with said business. It should be noted that your material may not have a license agreement attached to it but that does not mean it is part of the public domain. O-F does not provide legal services and association with O-F does not in any manner create an attorney-client relationship.

O-F makes no warranties whatsoever regarding license agreements and information provided, and disclaims all liability for damages, including without limitation, any general, special, incidental or consequential damages, resulting from their use. CONDUCT OF USER

User is responsible for any security or account designation provided to User by O-F, and for maintaining the confidentiality of said designation. User agrees to immediately notify O-F should any breach occur regarding said designation. O-F is not and will not be responsible for any such occurrences herein described.

NO RESALE OF SERVICE

User agrees there will be no reproduction of service, no duplication, no copying, no trading, and no reselling of service for commercial purposes, including access to the services provided by O-F.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, icons, photos, products, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of O-F or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of O-F and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, display, incorporate into another web site, or in any other way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part without the specific permission of O-F. O-F is not liable for any User not achieving the intended goals of the services provided by O-F and is not liable to any relationships that go awry, either personally or professionally, even if established through O-F resources.

INDEMNIFICATION

User agrees to indemnify and hold O-F, its officers, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, directors, suppliers and employees, agents, harmless from any demands or claims, including reasonable attorney fees and/or court costs made by any third party due to or arising from content provided by User, or any breach by User of the representations and warranties herein, or User’s violation of any rights of another.

TERMINATION OF SERVICE

You agree that O-F, in its sole discretion, has the right, but not the obligation, to delete or deactivate User’s account should it be determined that User has in any manner violated the terms of this agreement without prior notice to User, and O-F has the right to immediately thereafter remove any content belonging to User. O-F will provide written notice to User within 48 hours of said termination. No refunds will be provided under such circumstances and any moneys due O-F will be considered collectable from User.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES 

The materials in this site are provided “as is,” and without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied.
