Middle Manager

A 90’s marketing wunderkind and early pioneer of Web 2.0, Facey brings a wealth of experience, wisdom and followership to his role at O-F, where his duties include marketing and sales strategy, product development and competitor analysis.

Like many sales and marketing personnel Facey can be a tad outrageous at times!  His claim to have invented the game of badminton quickly earned him the moniker of “that guy” around the office.  Some of Facey’s other office quirks include:

·         Inviting himself to lunch on your dime

·         Using terms like leverage and high level

·         Rolling up his sleeves at 8 in the morning

·         Asking to be cc’d on meeting invites but never showing

·         Pretending to read the Wall Street Journal on the train

·         Finding a way to let you know he went to “B-School”

·         Wearing a suit…on Saturdays
